We are always being told to be mindful and practice mindfulness but what does it mean?
Mindfulness is all about being in the moment and being present, listening to your body and what it is telling you. It is important to re-connect with our bodies from time to time.
To be able to do this you need to either go to or create an environment that is away from all the hustle and bustle of life, give yourself time to think, breathe and relax!
- Visit a Spa
- Go for a walk
- Meet up with friends or family for a coffee and a catch up
- Read a book
- Listen to some music
