We have a consistent manner and approach whether that be internally or with our clients. This ensures our team is in tune with everyone, in accordance with our clear internal standards in working together towards a clear purpose.

The Epica Health & Safety team are dedicated and committed to coming up with the best results in their work for our clients. We try to shine and to go beyond what’s expected.

To ensure we perform, or go that extra mile to come up with results that surpass expectations, we have our own internal standards. We operate a quality control system that is undertaken for each piece of work issued and internal standards that ensure a first-class approach.

We are constantly asking our clients their opinion; whether that be a quick survey when work is issued, or with the biannual client survey.

Professionalism

We are professional and this starts with the first conversation, normally the first phone call. One of our unique selling points is that we are not a call centre. Once the call is collected you speak to an advisor to discuss your particular needs.

Our internal standards start with the Epica Health & Safety dress policy and internal procedures on accessing a client premises or site.

To ensure long term success it is essential that our team are professional in the workplace. Our team shows consideration and respect for others which we hope provides a commitment to professionalism. We interact at all levels of employment at client company’s and build on relationships to ensure that client health and safety goals and objectives are met.

Our Principal


Elizabeth Sinclair

Elizabeth has worked in the health and safety industry since 1999, working previously for local health and safety consultants and national organisations.

Elizabeth began her career at a health and safety consultancy based in Liverpool and predominantly serviced clients within the construction sector. She developed her career to Senior Health and Safety Advisor to a national managing contractor who provides a full range of professional and contracting services to some of the UK’s premier brands and leading blue chip organizations. Later she was part of the senior management team at a leading UK provider of external envelope and facade solutions.

Elizabeth is able to bring experience and expertise to any company and, produce and maintain a positive Health and Safety culture. She begins by gaining the commitment of Senior Management influencing the behaviour and attitudes of employees and contractors alike, including their perception of risk.

She believes in simple straightforward health and safety, ensuring it is embedded at each level within a company.
